Living in the Netherlands, which city to go if you are into Culture, well, personally i would change the list drastically, as i believe 20th place for Eindhoven is far to low, for such a multi-culture and great city as Eindhoven. If only the mayor would make sense once in a while i believe we could easy kick the number 1 from the list…
