Wondering how almighty the american Army is ?

Well me to, they can’t even close an oil spill on the bottom of the sea, and keep blaming the company who caused this all (BP) and makes them to solve it. But if you claim you have the best army in the world; they surely can close a little hole in the bottom of the sea can’t they ?
