SONY: Blu-ray equals DVD quality ?

Well, atleast that is what i conclude from the following post at engadget, one of my favourite blogs.

According to the article Sony tried to fool a room full of industry-experts with a demo of a pre-release of a blu-ray disc movie. Small detail, it was burned on a DVD+R (which even seems to be against all copy-laws, how is that possible?)

Sony did it again … The world is watching Sony!

    You may argue that during shows like this they often fake things, well, true, it happens, but getting caught with it is another story.
